All rates quoted above are for the whole apartment for a group of 4 people or fewer using the permanent beds  for 1 week

A 5th and 6th guest can stay at Apartamento Azul for an additional £50 rental/person/week or part thereof.

The maximum number of guests at Apartamento Azul is 6

Rentals of less than 1 week are only available by paying the full weekly rate for that period

Additional nights can usually be added and the cost of extra nights is pro-rated

Additional charges

Cleaning fee. There is a cleaning fee of £15/guest/week (or part thereof) chargeable on all bookings.

This fee is payable for all guests including children.

Wifi is available if wanted at the additional charge of £35.00/week

All guests are required to pay a £200.00 per booking security deposit at least 2 weeks before the start of their stay which is then fully refunded 4 days after the end of the holiday except in the case of significant damage, loss or excessive cleaning costs

Please note retention of any part of the security deposit is an exceptional circumstance and we have only needed to do this on 2 occasions in over 15 years of rentals at Apartamento Azul

We are happy to be flexible about arrival and departure day, but Sunday arrival or departure will incur an additional fee of £50.00 (£100.00 if both arriving and departing on Sundays) so please try to avoid Sunday travel when planning your holiday at Apartamento Azul

We are able to provide

• Cot hire at £25/week (including bedding) -a baby or even 2 babies are allowed to stay at Apartamento Azul in addition to the 6 person maximum occupancy

• High chair hire at £10/week
