We were informed a few weeks ago that some work may need to take place at the apartment complex over the next few weeks or months. We are told there is about 6-8 weeks work to be done and we would hope this should start in the next week or 2.That SHOULD mean it would all be complete by mid to late June, but I am aware that building work often over-runs! It is quite likely therefore that all the work will be complete before July, but I cannot be certain of this at this stage. There would be no work actually within Apartamento Azul, so the apartment itself would be unaffected, other than potentially by noise from work occurring outside if it were continuing, but it would affect the communal areas, including the pool and roof terrace (basically raising tiling, replacing the waterproofing membrane below and replacing tiling on terrace areas). As such I would not take a booking for Apartamento Azul at present without making potential guests aware of the situation. It is possible that the pool may not be usable whilst any work is taking place.

Should you still be interested in Apartamento Azul I would reduce the weekly rental rate from £695 to £495/week at this stage and if the pool was not in use at the time you went I would further reduce this to £395.
